Responsibilities The Accounting and Compliance Specialist works with the management team to accurately report on the results of daily operations and to help safeguard company assets. The key duties include:
Assisting with store opening and nightly closing routines
Verifying the accuracy of operational, statistical, and financial reports
Ensuring individual and team performance meets or exceeds company expectations
Qualifications
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays around a flexible schedule
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Proficient with POS reporting systems and cash handling procedures
Stable work history and experience as a bookkeeper or cashier
Minimum age 21
