Overview
Transit Team, Inc. is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area. The Metro Mobility Demand reservationist/CSR representative is the voice of the company in every interaction with clients. The Metro Mobility Demand service serves certified Metro Mobility riders in the Twin Cities metro area. Daily duties include answering customer phone calls, booking ride requests, canceling rides, providing ride ETA data, and informing customers of next day ride times and policies regarding the Metro Mobility system and service. Base pay
Base pay range: $18.25/hr Shifts
Thursday - Sunday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM at $18.25/hour Friday - Monday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM at $18.25/hour Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls and book ride requests Cancel ride requests and provide ride ETA data Make outgoing calls to customers to inform them of next day ride times Explain policies regarding the Metro Mobility system and service Qualifications
Clean criminal record Good communication and computer skills Prior customer service experience is a plus Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area We Offer
