Job Responsibilities

Coordinate priority work, schedule contractors, coordinate utility shutdowns, attend construction rounds, troubleshoot emergency and routine calls in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, perform maintenance risk assessments, respond to water intrusion events, monitor moisture levels, trace roof leaks.

Run service calls, repair plumbing, electric, mechanical, maintain proper scheduling, procure material, acquire and interpret maintenance data, maintain documentation of maintenance policies and procedures, ensure infection control and life safety measures, set up containment.

Prioritize assigned maintenance work, report to supervisor, maintain acceptable backlog, maintain inventory of hospital standard finishes.

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of work experience in a related discipline.

Primary Location Burnet Campus.

Schedule Full time.

Shift Day (United States of America).

Department Building Maintenance.

Employee Status Regular.

FTE 1.

Weekly Hours 40.

Expected Starting Pay Range Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $27.33 - $34.85.
