What you’ll do
Configure and launch AI Cloud Employees while capturing key customer data.
Translate business problems into measurable AI workflows and reporting.
Support customer onboarding with strong documentation and insights.
Analyze usage data and provide feedback to improve customer outcomes.
Assist with reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
Who you’re looking for
0–3 years of experience in research, analytics, or SaaS operations, or a recent graduate in data‑focused fields.
Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools).
Strong communicator who enjoys turning insights into clear recommendations.
Interest in applying analytical skills in customer‑facing settings.
Hungry, humble, and eager to grow in the AI product/customer success space.
Your first 60 days (you’ll be trained, so come curious)
Learn Signals and AI/LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding.
Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor and document a simple playbook.
Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.
Nice‑to‑have (not required) Zapier/Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python/JS, Salesforce/HubSpot, data viz.
