Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Have a high school diploma, GED or military service.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
Be self‑motivated and drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
Maintain a positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.
Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly rate of $24.04/hour during a 10‑week training program.
Base salary with commission potential after route assignment.
Majority work a 4‑Day workweek with no nights or weekends.
