Position Overview Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all maintenance activities within the southern region's customer service territory. This role involves establishing, implementing, and maintaining both administrative and technical procedures to ensure responsive post‑sale service is delivered to internal and external customers. The primary focus is managing a team of 11 cryogenic technicians responsible for the repair and maintenance of bulk storage vessels of 1,500 gallons and above at client sites across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and parts of western Arkansas. This role operates from our Willis, Texas office and requires advanced technical and managerial expertise to support the continuous supply of gases for customer use.

Key Responsibilities

Implement organizational priorities, plans, and objectives while ensuring accountability.

Manage the organization's systems for safety, quality, financial, personnel, and work processes.

Collaborate with management, customers, technicians, and the sales team to address escalated or complex customer service concerns.

Set team priorities to ensure tasks are completed and coordinate work activities between staff and engineering.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (8+ years in a related field).

3+ years of operational experience.

1+ years of management experience.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Proficiency in JDE systems.

Experience reviewing work orders in Field Centrix.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Familiarity with MOC and Process Safety reporting.

Willingness to participate in the DISA program or other required customer site programs.
