Who We Are We are B2Spin, dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.

Role Overview In this role, you’ll bring CRM strategies to life through precise campaign execution, rigorous QA, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll work hands‑on with tools like Bloomreach and Retool, ensure data accuracy, follow well‑defined processes, and help shape continuous improvements within our operational workflows. If you’re detail‑oriented, structured, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment where accuracy and reliability matter, this is an exciting opportunity to make a strong impact.

What You’ll Be Doing Campaign Execution & Delivery

Translate CRM Strategist briefs into accurate campaign builds across Retool, Bloomreach, and other operational platforms.

Execute all configurations in line with established processes, documentation, and brand‑specific requirements.

Complete end‑to‑end QA on your own builds, ensuring targeting, logic, rewards, and scheduling are correct before handover for final approval.

Manage assigned workload proactively, flagging risks to timelines or dependencies early to the Team Lead.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Follow the team’s QA framework, checklists, and naming conventions to maintain high operational accuracy.

Ensure every campaign meets compliance, data‑privacy, and operational standards prior to launch.

Support peer reviews when required, offering constructive, detail‑oriented feedback.

Data Integrity & Platform Readiness

Validate the availability and correctness of key data points required for your campaigns (segments, attributes, event triggers, reward parameters).

Escalate detected data issues to the Team Lead, Martech, or BI as appropriate.

Document anomalies clearly to support faster investigation and incident resolution.

Process Adherence & Improvement

Follow all operational workflows consistently, contributing feedback to help refine them over time.

Identify repetitive tasks suitable for templates or automation and share suggestions with the Team Lead.

Participate in retrospectives, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and testing of new operational tools or enhancements.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with CRM Strategists to clarify requirements, feasibility, and edge cases for each campaign.

Communicate build timelines, blockers, and dependencies clearly and early.

Support the flow of feedback from execution back into the strategy teams by documenting outcomes, constraints, or optimisation opportunities.

Reporting & Accountability

Maintain accurate records of your campaign builds, QA outcomes, and delivery timelines.

Contribute data to operational KPIs such as throughput, error rate, and SLA adherence.

Support post‑mortems by providing clear, factual detail on build steps, assumptions, and findings.

What We’re Looking For

Hands‑on experience executing CRM or marketing automation campaigns across tools such as Bloomreach, Retool, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured QA processes, naming conventions, and compliance standards.

A methodical and process‑oriented mindset, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to operational workflows.

Solid understanding of CRM data fundamentals, including segments, attributes, event triggers, and reward logic.

Experience working in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while proactively flagging risks or blockers.

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with CRM Strategists, Martech, BI, and other cross‑functional teams.

Problem‑solving ability, especially when investigating data issues, identifying process gaps, or proposing improvements.

Ownership and accountability, maintaining accurate records and contributing to operational KPIs.

A continuous improvement mindset, eager to streamline workflows, suggest automation opportunities, and participate in knowledge‑sharing.
