Full-time, Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Expected to work evenings. Independent worker with flexibility in work hours based on the needs of the families served. Utilize evidence-based programming focusing on Attachment, Self-Regulation, and competency through classroom curriculum. Provide classroom educational trainings to biological parents and one-on-one parenting instruction and education. Distribute pre- and post-testing to all participants in the Family Engagement Program. Present outcome information to the program director. Provide monthly written progress notes on families assigned, and comprehensive quarterly reports for court. Research area community resources and connect families based on their needs. Supervise parent–child visits as ordered by the court. Transport children to and from visitation. Weekly communication with case manager and resource provider regarding progress of visits, concerns and any noted changes. Qualifications
