Essential Duties include: Maintaining a therapeutic relationship with the residents Maintaining order & cleanliness in the homes Meal Prep Ensuring the safety of the physical environment in the home Completing all required documentation for treatment data and service provision Providing transportation for individuals as needed for appointments, errands, and community outings Conducting all job-related activities in compliance with relevant Ohio statutes, clinic policies, and procedures Initiating and maintaining positive relationships with individuals served, co-workers, and supervisors Pre-Employment Process: Written application Personal interview Criminal background checks - Federal and State, Federal exclusion screen Drug testing Reference checks Validating previous work history Validating educational achievements Verifying current certifications/professional license Validating driver's license Federal Exclusion Screening:
