Position Overview Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and maintaining company quality standards while complying with all policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business

Educating customers on our products and services

Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations

Following company policies and procedures

Maintaining a balanced cash drawer

Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling

Using our point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions

Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution

Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members

Performing other duties as instructed by management

Job Requirements

Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant (preferred)

Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs

Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability

Professional appearance and demeanor

Honesty and integrity

Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays

English fluency (required); Spanish bilingualism is a plus

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance

Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
