a Senior Human Resource Business Partner

to join our team.

This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on human resource policies, process, and programs across the employee life cycle to include onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, career development, employee engagement and broader workforce retention and development. The role supports multiple lines of business providing consultation and functional support to business leaders and their management teams on people issues and strategies.

The role is engaged in the development of HR programs, workflows, tools, and resources with the goal to evolve and enhance the employee experience across the company. A seasoned practitioner of HR, the Sr HRBP will be required to demonstrate strong consultation skills, peer leadership, ability to lead by influence and strong business/ financial acumen to drive the use of progressive HR programs that will align delivery of HR programs/ services with business objectives and priorities and support the development of our people capability across the company.

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field. MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources preferred

10+ years' directly related work experience in Human Resources to include working in a business partner capacity providing direct support to business leadership

Direct experience supporting diverse business functions; mortgage/ financial services industry experience preferred

Strong project management skills with experience leading initiatives across a distributed organization structure

Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience with MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ADP/ UKG HRIS platforms preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to drive required results

Demonstrated leadership with ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust

Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities

Client focused with strong execution skills and a results orientation; able to link to business needs with tactical execution and results

High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate multiple variables, make connections, and identify/implement successful solutions

Consultative and collaborative work style

Strong analytical skills: solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to prioritize, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results and bring projects to successful completion

Self-directed; comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty

Ability to train, mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

High degree of professional maturity, integrity, ability to maintain confidential data and information

High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal and technical aptitude

Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Role requires general understanding of systems and their application to advance the efficiency of operation

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is between $105,000.00-$125,000.00 annually

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
