Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer accounts by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain professional and safe operations.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
