Description Berger Financial Group is seeking a Tax Preparer to support the tax department from January to April of 2026.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible hours

Responsibilities

Data entry of client information into tax software, UltraTax (NetClient CS)

Track flow of work using internal systems (SalesForce)

Manage client documentation and bookmarking via Adobe PDF

Requirements

Experience with data‑entry of source documents (Form W‑2, Form 1099s, etc.)

High ethical and professional standards

Dependable and prompt

Ability to multitask

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with tax software (2 years’ experience)

Post high school education

Location Headquartered in Plymouth, MN; offices in 8 additional U.S. locations.

Pay Range 25 - 30 USD per hour (Plymouth, MN – HQ) and 25 - 30 USD per hour (Springfield, IL)
