Base pay range
$12.00/hr - $13.00/hr Summary:
Directly supports the store manager, ensuring the store runs efficiently and follows all laws and policies while helping maximize sales and maintain asset control. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers. Acknowledge and greet all customers that enter the store. Ensure all company policies are followed. Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out. Efficiently process cash and card transactions with integrity. Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including maintaining plan‑ogram integrity and appropriate sign placement. Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out‑of‑date items. Monitor store activities to ensure transactions occur properly. Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notify the appropriate individuals. Requirements
Retail or customer service experience required. Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds. Able to stand for an entire shift. Ability to handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling. Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time (e.g., in the store, outside, and in the cooler). Available to work various shifts and days of the week, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays. Seniority level
