Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staff
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Accurately assembles prep items according to Chick-fil-A guidelines and job aids
Accurately measures items for portioning
Uses machinery and sharp objects safelyEnsures all products are kept at a food safe temperature
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Assists on shift when needed
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
