What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Review and approve product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards

Support lifecycle management for prescribing information and packaging artwork in accordance with company SOPs

Maintain awareness of FDA, DEA, and state labeling regulations, and communicate changes to relevant departments

Manage labeling artwork pieces in line with existing change management processes

Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of product labels with regulatory bodies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate's Degree or equivalent industry experience

Minimum of 0-2 years of related industry experience in a regulatory or law enforcement environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and various project management software

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certified Pharmacy Technician or Certified Veterinary Technician

Experience with designer software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet

Experience with Salesforce and/or Quality Management Systems

Strong research and critical thinking skills
