As an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor, you'll gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by engaging with guests, delivering outstanding service, and understanding sales, quality, and profitability. Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and automotive services, communicating benefits effectively Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction Promote advertising and promotional offers Manage guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling and estimating Contribute to merchandising and promotional events Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests Use provided tools to recommend products based on guidelines Assist in communicating vehicle information to the Service Manager Maintain a clean, safe work and guest area Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, as needed Basic Qualifications
Previous automotive guest service experience Valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years old No relocation offered Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Experience in tire sales or automotive service sales Position Criteria
Strong work ethic and motivation Dependability, responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions Ability to follow procedures and guidelines Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on location Commitment to safety policies and procedures Additional Details
