Primary Care Physician Memphis, TN
Compensation: Salary $270K+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Our approach enables us to drive key quality and cost outcomes that create value for patients, physicians, and the overall health system. We practice medicine the way it should be practiced, building relationships with patients the old fashioned way, with a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. We give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.
Role
Base salary $260k-$270k + Bonus up to 10% of Base Salary
No partnership buy-in
18-20 patients a day
Monday-Friday work schedule; Clinic hours 7:30a-5:00p (last patient scheduled at 4:15)
Work/life balance
Small patient panel, 450 patients max
Administrative time included in schedule
No nights or weekends
100% outpatient
Dedicated care and support team (your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
Patient population: seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Residency trained IM/FM
Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
