As a bilingual agent (hablo Inglés y Español) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I’ve built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn’t something that happens overnight—it’s a journey built on helping others, something I’m deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a job—it’s part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? Role description As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexa Santana – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
