We're recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company's new Call Center for
FLUENT Spanish/English
Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives. This is a
fully remote
role supporting a
365-day,
24/7 call center .
Recent Computer Science, IT, or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
Provide
excellent customer service
via phone and chat in Spanish and English Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathy Troubleshoot
internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues
(Level 1-2 support) Use tools such as
Freshdesk, Sonar CRM
and other internal systems Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed What You Bring
Fluent Spanish & English
(spoken and written) 1+ year of customer service experience
(call center/help desk preferred) Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet/Wi-Fi/devices) Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers) Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customers Willing to work
overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules
in a 24/7 environment Must live in NY State or Florida
(preferably in the Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area) Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace Pay & Schedule
Pay:
$17 per hour Overtime
available Paid training Work
Saturday & Sunday + 3 weekdays Shift:
4 pm - 1 am Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break per shift (set by company schedule) Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed Why Apply?
