Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
Overview As a Tax Expert, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Your work supports Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

What You Will Do Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.5 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.5 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons for pay equity across ethnicity and gender categories.
