Job Description Beloform is seeking a highly organized and proactive

Personal Assistant

to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. Responsibilities

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments efficiently

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications

Organize documents, reports, and confidential information

Assist with travel arrangements and logistical planning

Support daily operations and special projects as needed

Maintain a high level of discretion and attention to detail
