This role is responsible for coordinating and executing IT projects, gathering business requirements, and ensuring smooth operations of software, hardware, and systems. It requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to identify improvement opportunities, and experience facilitating major incident and change processes. Candidates should have a solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
