Job Description
Support Product Control team in Finance for the Loan IQ deployment program.
Responsibilities
Understand responsibilities of Bank Product Control team and current pain points.
Work closely with Project team and Finance Change teams to clearly communicate requirements for product control to ensure an efficient future target operating model and processes for Product control.
Attend Loan IQ project workshops to raise requirements and concerns and ensure solutions work for Product control.
Work with Project team and Finance Change teams on how best to leverage reporting suite from Loan IQ and other Reporting tools to meet Product control requirements.
Work with Project team and Finance Change to ensure appropriate reconciliations are designed between Reporting tool and the General Ledger that will work for product control.
Create Test cases for Product control.
User Acceptance Testing for Product control including Migration testing from old to new loan system.
Work through UAT, Migration and Go-live, raising issues in timely manner.
Escalate issues/concerns to management and Finance Change team.
Learn current P&L production, Reporting and Reconciliation processes and support team in those tasks when needed.
Qualifications
Subject matter expert in Loans including Primary market loans and Secondary market loans.
Experience with Loan IQ specifically from a Finance/Product Control function.
Been involved in Loan IQ deployments and User Acceptance Testing.
10 years of financial industry experience in Product control or Finance.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Accounting or Finance degree.
