Accountabilities
Clean, transform, and prepare clinical trial data from multiple sources for PK/PD analysis
Develop and execute R or Rmarkdown code for descriptive and statistical analyses of PK/PD data
Create clear, informative tables, graphs, and visualizations to communicate analysis findings effectively
Ensure data and outputs comply with CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, ADaM) for regulatory submissions
Perform validation and quality control on programming code and analysis results to maintain data integrity
Identify issues and develop tools that enhance efficiency and capacity within the Clinical PK/PD Programming group
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and study teams to implement advanced modeling and statistical procedures as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of relevant industry experience in clinical data programming
Advanced R programming skills, including tidyverse, ggplot2, Markdown, Quarto, and Shiny
Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, ADaM)
Familiarity with clinical PK/PD concepts and related data programming is highly desirable
Experience visualizing and presenting data for internal stakeholders or clients
Strong understanding of clinical trial data, including handling uncleaned or complex datasets
Professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and develop innovative solutions
Additional programming skills in Python or SAS are a plus but not required
