Job Overview Blue Rocket Car Wash is seeking energetic, enthusiastic cashiers to help us revolutionize the car wash industry.
We have been at the forefront of the car wash industry because we understand the importance of both the happiness of our employees and outstanding customer service.
Our industry is fast, fun, and we pride ourselves in converting jobs into careers. Our Customer Service Associate position is great for those who love social interactions.
Responsibilities
Helping customers by answering any questions they may have about the services we offer, helping them decide which wash to choose and recommending our monthly unlimited wash plans.
Directing them to the carwash tunnel entrance where they would begin their wash experience.
Using state‑of‑the‑art computerized systems to wash vehicles, and receiving training to properly load and program our wash tunnel, and preparing the vehicles for a thorough wash of hard‑to‑clean areas.
Helping maintain a world‑class facility by periodically walking the car wash and keeping it clean and neat by emptying trash cans, picking up loose litter, and wiping down counters or windows as needed.
Qualifications
Motivated by successful outcomes and willing to take ownership.
Willing to be part of a team.
Desire to learn.
Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
Passion for building relationships with team members, customers, and the community.
Desire to be active in an outdoor setting with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
No previous car wash experience necessary – if you can bring the energy, we’ll teach you the rest!
