Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with agricultural businesses and community stakeholders.
Analyze credit, financial statements, and risk to make lending decisions up to $500K authority.
Develop and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural and commercial lending sectors.
Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
Provide excellent service to clients while driving profitability for the bank.
