Quality Document Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute, maintain, and improve the Document Control program per internal and regulatory policies and procedures;
Create new and revise existing procedures and checklists, as necessary, with a high level of ability in QMS document formatting, and accuracy
Support Document Change Request (DCR) processes; word-process final version of new or revised documents for approval
Resolve documentation issues with the collaboration of subject matter experts and technical staff
Administer the IQS Quality software system
Train personnel on the IQS software system, especially the Document Control process
Maintain employee training records in IQS
Document Customer Order Certificates to demonstrate conformance to the requirements of the order.
Coordinate and facilitate customer and regulatory audits
REQUISITIONS
Experience writing and editing documents
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as regulatory standards, drawings, and maintenance instructions.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees within the organization.
