Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Apartment
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our luxury apartment community. The ideal candidate will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, providing a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities to ensure timely and quality completion of work orders.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
Manage HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
Oversee plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventories, and service contracts.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within residential property management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
EPA Certification is required.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
