Remote Client Support Specialists
to join our mission-driven team. This role is a great fit for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications—or for anyone who thrives in a people-focused environment and wants to build a meaningful career. We provide full training, pre-qualified leads, and a supportive mentorship structure so you can focus on what matters most: helping clients and growing your career, all while working from anywhere in the U.S. Key Responsibilities
Lead scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom to understand client needs
Walk clients through personalized benefit options and support their enrollment
Maintain accurate records and deliver a client-first experience
Collaborate with mentors and teammates in ongoing training sessions
Build long-term client relationships while developing your own career path
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident using Zoom and other virtual tools
Genuine passion for serving others and contributing to a greater mission
Previous customer service or consultative experience is a plus (not required)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam required
