We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Transaction Services for an innovative company with a supportive, growing team. The role focuses on Quality of Earnings work and financial modeling within the transaction services space.
Key Responsibilities
Support buy-side and sell-side diligence projects
Build financial models and analyze trends, QoE, working capital, and risks
Conduct management interviews with target companies
Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting
CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
18+ months at a Big Four firm or 2+ years at a national firm
Strong GAAP/technical accounting knowledge
Financial modeling and Excel proficiency
Hybrid schedule (4 days in office).
