Your Responsibilities
Supervise all Environmental Services personnel and daily work throughout the center, managing budgets, staffing, and resolving interdepartmental issues.
Execute the preventative maintenance program and record‑keeping systems to keep the center performing at its highest level.
Maintain complete documentation of all maintenance activities, replacement parts, materials, and fuel supply records.
Perform routine maintenance and repair work in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Collaborate with residents, nurses, physicians, and other staff on environmental services requests, infection prevention, and service resolution.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned with or without notice.
Qualifications
High School diploma.
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry, housekeeping, or maintenance procedures.
Minimum two years of work experience in long‑term care (preferred).
HVAC experience.
Maintenance experience.
Healthcare experience preferred; can be trained if needed.
