The Role You are required to be innovative and have a solutions mindset. You should expect to spend at least 10% of your time involved with project‑based obstacles and creativity with our customers. Bring state‑of‑the‑art solutions to the table and collaborate with the mechanical team on new innovative ideas and creativity. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously improve processes and deliver conforming quality products and services to internal/external customers
Interface with build staff and other departments
Maintain a safe work environment
Coordinate machine tool operations
Troubleshoot and debug issues
Provide customer service
Participate in all required meetings
Build, tear down, ship, install, and service equipment
Participate in training and train new staff
Generate reports
Perform mechanical build duties
Investigate/research new projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Completed apprenticeship in related field
Basic machine tool operation knowledge
Three (3) years’ experience preferred
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally (though minimal travel is required)
Physical Demands
Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear
Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
