Qualifications The Employee Relations Representative needs a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Human Resource discipline preferred).
The Employee Relations Representative requires:
2 years of Employee Relations experience or related HR / Management experience
Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
Computer skills - Excel and Microsoft Word are required
An upbeat personality
Provide exceptional customer service to managers and associates via telephone and e-mail communication, responding to inquiries quickly, completely, and professionally
Educate managers by providing consultation and coaching regarding policy interpretation, associate behavior, performance management, and associate development
