Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay For Performance Rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
