We hold manufacturers accountable for unsafe consumer products. The role involves working closely with attorneys and assistants in the Consumer Products Department, opening new case files, preparing them for demand writers and litigating attorneys, interviewing clients, gathering records, processing evidence, monitoring deadlines, and communicating with clients via phone, email, and letter to obtain necessary documents and guide them through the legal process. Responsibilities & Requirements
Create and manage new case files for demand writers and litigating attorneys. Interview clients and gather medical records and relevant documents. Process evidence and monitor case deadlines. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and letter to obtain documents and provide guidance. Maintain high organizational skills and empathy. Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Required Qualifications
High level of organization. Strong ability to initiate and follow through on client contact promptly. Empathy and strong sense of client service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desire for hands‑on involvement in the beginning stage of cases. Seniority
