Your Role We’re seeking an energetic, customer‑oriented
Route Service Representative
to serve the Greater Baltimore region, including
Towson
and
Owings Mills . You will deliver products to clients across
Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
and build strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Service and Drive Sales Growth: Manage your assigned route, providing outstanding service and introducing new product solutions to help customers thrive.
Ensure Smart and Strategic Inventory Management: Accurately maintain invoices and perform regular inventory checks, recommending products and services that fit customer needs and supporting revenue growth.
Prioritize Safety and Compliance: Carry out all responsibilities with professionalism and a strong commitment to safety, following all driving and operational regulations.
Be a Proud Brand Ambassador: Uphold Dempsey Uniform’s reputation through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications
Must be at least
22 years old
(required for vehicle insurance eligibility).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to meet all pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
Demonstrated customer service excellence, with strong problem‑solving skills and a trust‑based relationship building approach.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Additional training in sales or business is a plus.
Must comply with company appearance and dress code standards.
