We want to improve and extend the usage of data in our decision making when setting priorities and making strategic decisions in Aftermarket Sales. The ultimate goal is improved efficiency, a more targeted approach towards the right customers, andincreased sales. As a

Data Analyst – Aftermarket Sales , you will transform complex commercial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and analyses that support both operational and strategicdecision-making across our aftermarket business. 2. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain

dashboards,

reports,

and

visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making in Aftermarket Sales.

Perform

exploratory data analysis (EDA)

to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in customer behavior, product performance, and sales channels. Develop and maintain

forecasting analyses/models

(e.g. demand, revenue, customer behavior) to help improve planning and prioritization. Collaborate closely with

sales,

aftermarket,

operations,

and

management

to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions. Define and track

KPIs and metrics

relevant to aftermarket performance, customer segmentation, and commercial efficiency. Use data to

prioritize

customers,

regions,

and

product

lines , supporting a more targeted commercial approach. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders , using storytelling and visual analytics. Work with data engineers and IT teams to

ensure data availability and reliability

for analytical use (providing requirements and feedback on data quality and structure).

3. Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Data Analyst

or

BI Analyst , preferably in industries with complex assets (e.g., maritime, manufacturing, logistics, or similar). Strong skills in

SQL

for data extraction and analysis. Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g.,

Python or

R ). Hands-on experience with

data visualization tools

such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Solid understanding of

data

cleaning,

transformation,

and

validation techniques from an analytical perspective. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to

translate

business

needs

into

analytical questions and insights . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working with data that comes from multiple systems, including legacy systems (with support from data/IT teams). Experience working in

maritime,

logistics,

or

other

asset-heavy

industries . Exposure to

data warehousing or data lake environments

from an analytical user perspective. Familiarity with

forecasting methods

and basic statistical or machine learning models for commercial use cases. Opportunity to directly shape how data is used in
