This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and data integrity of our back-office infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Web Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Design, build, and optimize end-to-end HubSpot automations for the full customer lifecycle.

+ Retention and churn prevention workflows* Build and maintain complex list segmentation using properties, lists, workflows, and custom objects.* Create and manage HubSpot sales sequences for direct sales teams, such as Door-to-Door, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, and Storefront.* Build and maintain lead scoring and customer health scoring.* Integrate and maintain third-party tools and integrations with HubSpot.* Build custom reports and dashboards for various departments across the organization.* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve conversion rates and decrease churn.* Act as a proactive communicator, keeping teams and management informed, engaging stakeholders early, and uniting teams for project and system improvements.* Conduct regular HubSpot sales and marketing audits, providing actionable recommendations.* Serve as the primary support resource for internal users, troubleshooting system-related issues, monitoring performance, managing user permissions, and resolving duplicate records and errors.* Stay proactive with the latest HubSpot features and capabilities, leveraging them to enhance system performance and usability.* Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for consistency.* Vendor management as needed.EDUCATION:* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Information Technology, or a related field required.EXPERIENCE:* Proven experience administering HubSpot* Solid understanding of HubSpot APIs* Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment* Direct experience executing multi-channel strategies and a strong understanding of marketing and sales lifecyclesSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:* Service excellence mindset* Firm and energetic belief in providing exceptional customer service* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teams* Strong organization and prioritizing skills* Proactive thinking and execution abilities* Results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities* High energy and engaging demeanor* Critical thinking* Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and system optimization* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage user permissions effectivelyREQUIREMENTS:* Remain stationary for extended periods* Ability to operate a computer* Ability to communicate informationPeople are our passion.
