Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented

Hospitality Intern/s

to support our EMEA commercial team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the commercial operations of a hospitality technology company, combining sales support, marketing coordination, and event assistance in a dynamic, international environment.

You will be working

remotely

within Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, proposals, and client documentation.

Assist with event coordination and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (virtual and in‑person).

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.

Conduct light market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.

Help prepare presentations, reports, and collateral for internal and external use.

Coordinate follow‑ups and communication with partners and clients where needed.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in the hospitality/business program.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.

Interest in hospitality technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.
