Memorial Health System is actively recruiting a board-certified Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead our emergency services team. Memorial Health System consists of 6 Emergency Departments, collectively handling 80,000 visits annually, with strong leadership support from 4 Associate Medical Directors.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in operational and process management, enhancing patient experience, and physician recruitment and retention. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing emergency medicine team within a collaborative and growing health system.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the oversight of our team of physicians, advanced practice providers and serving as a leader within the Emergency Department and organization. This position will include a blended clinical and administrative position with Associate/Site Medical Director support as well.
