Job Summary:
HCA Florida Kendall South Dade FSED is seeking FT board certified EM Medical Director to join this premier practice along the Florida Atlantic Coast in Miami and cover 2 FSED's at Cutler Bay and Homestead (South). The FSED at South is a 10 bed ED that is supported by and transfers to the sister facility at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, a level 1 trauma center, burn center, cardiac center, and comprehensive stroke center.FSED Features:
- 10,000 annual patient visits per year
- 9-bed ED; 1 resuscitation room
- POC Comprehensive lab on site
- CT and X-ray onsite
- US On call 24 hours
- Physician coverage – 24 hours/day (12 hour shifts)
- Peds volume – less than 9%
- EMR – Meditech PDOC
- Offering occurrence based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
