APP for Primary Care at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing family practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values teamwork, patient-centered care, and a supportive environment.

Position Details

• Schedule Options:
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• OR four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 14-16 patients per day
• Call Schedule: Shared call rotation
• Location: CoxHealth Center Campbell 

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.
• See established patients within the clinics existing patient panel and manage overflow visits.
• Collaborate closely with other advanced practice providers and physicians.
• Opportunity to develop and manage your own patient panel in the future.
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Practice preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit.
