Your Purpose & Contribution

• Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services that enhance the resident experience.
• Ensure the property maintains strong curb appeal and is well?kept.
• Respond promptly to service requests to minimize resident disruptions and maximize retention.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and office teams to streamline operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of property assets.
• Maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Be dependable for scheduled rotational on?call emergency duties.

Who Thrives in This Role?

We are seeking a hands?on, solution?driven professional with:

• 2+ years of maintenance and make?ready experience in multifamily housing.
• A valid drivers license (required).
• HVAC certification OR EPA certification preferred.
• Strong problem?solving skills and a proactive approach to repairs.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management.
• A positive and customer?service?oriented attitude.
