The Lead Business Analyst will act as the strategic liaison between marketing stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that complex business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective functional solutions.

This role requires 1517 years of experience with a strong focus on the MarTech ecosystem, specifically Vidyard, Adobe Workfront, iCapture, and EveryoneSocial.

The position is responsible for driving process optimization, requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, and solution scoping to support enterprise-level marketing operations and technology integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced requirements elicitation sessions with C-level leaders, marketing teams, and technical groups using workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and detailed process maps such as swimlane diagrams.
  • Perform deep?dive analysis of existing marketing processes and technologies, defining project scope and translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
  • Document platform?specific requirements across the integrated MarTech stack:
  • Vidyard: Define video engagement data capture requirements and CRM data transfer logic.
  • Adobe Workfront: Design complex workflows, resource management configurations, and custom project structures.
  • iCapture: Specify lead capture logic and integrations for event?driven data flow.
  • EveryoneSocial: Outline advocacy workflow requirements, user journeys, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze current state (As?Is) processes and design optimized future state (To?Be) workflows with opportunities for automation.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, expectations, timelines, and communication across diverse business and technical groups.
  • Support QA and UAT phases by defining testing strategies, writing test cases, and ensuring alignment with documented business requirements.
  • Establish data governance requirements, data integrity rules, and compliance standards for data flows across Vidyard, Workfront, iCapture, EveryoneSocial, CRM, and MAP systems.
  • Utilize APIs, webhooks, and integration principles to ensure technically feasible requirement translation.
  • Apply proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart to manage requirements and process documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analysis, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1517 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect within US?based organizations.
  • 6+ years of detailed requirements experience with Adobe Workfront enterprise implementations.
  • 4+ years of proven BA experience with Vidyard, iCapture, and EveryoneSocial in integrated MarTech environments.
  • 8+ years of experience working with API and webhook?based integrations and translating them into technical requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience with requirements management and diagramming tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to drive ROI?focused MarTech optimization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large?scale UAT and QA efforts across integrated technology platforms.

Certifications
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) highly preferred.
  • PMP, CSPO, or PMI?ACP certifications preferred.
