Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic automotive receptionist/BDC representative to join our growing dealership's professional team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the director of first impressions to our customers. Our ideal candidates are confident, passionate people looking to grow and succeed with one of the most successful organizations in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Complete assigned customer service?related outbound calls.
  • Greet and ensure every customer is checked in.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while handling all guest inquiries with 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Identify sales leads among new and existing customers.
  • Direct non?sales calls to the correct department or staff member.
  • Maintain follow?ups with potential prospects not ready to make an appointment, no?shows, and visitors to our showroom.
  • Gather customer details and comments in our system.
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound/inbound prospecting and follow?lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
  • Provide customers with thorough, up?to?date knowledge of product/inventory information.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Meet and exceed DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY goals.

Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor.
  • Positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Highly organized.
