Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece

You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.

What you will be doing:

1. Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
