Your impact

Proactively call and engage a large portfolio of smaller clients to increase participation and rebate potential.

Educate customers on program benefits, supplier options, and available rebates.

Guide customers through portal features to improve adoption.

Track and report on engagement and growth opportunities.

Program knowledge & support

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Source1’s supplier network and rebate programs.

Provide guidance on optimizing purchasing decisions.

Identify upsell and cross‑program opportunities.

Operational excellence

Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Consistently meet outreach and growth targets.

Share insights with internal teams.

Follow structured workflows for high‑quality touchpoints.

About you

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum 2 years related experience.

Excellent phone and virtual communication skills.

Strong understanding of Source1’s supplier network.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to explain complex info simply.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self‑motivated with high initiative and ownership.
