Base Pay Range $52,000 - $90,000 per year
About Us Blue Ridge Wealth Planners, a rapidly growing and reputable Wealth Management Firm in Knoxville, TN, is expanding its services to include Estate Planning, Medicare, and Tax planning for its diverse client base. We focus on ensuring our clients receive personalized and comprehensive financial planning solutions.
Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable CPA Tax Advisor to join our team. If you have prior experience preparing individual tax returns, we want to hear from you.
While experience with estate returns or Medicare-related filings is a plus, it is not required. We will provide training to help you succeed in those areas.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in Tax preparation
CPA certification is preferred
Leadership and Managerial Experience

Perform detailed data entry tasks while maintaining data integrity.
Engage in sales activities to promote our financial services.
Prepare and file tax returns with precision and compliance.
Develop and implement estate planning strategies in collaboration with clients.
Guide clients through Medicare options, ensuring they choose plans that best meet their needs.
Conduct regular team meetings to review goals and provide training.
Analyze financial data to create custom reports for clients.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to offer up-to-date advice.
Salary $52,000 - $90,000 (BOE & Certifications)
