Hours:
Typically 40 hours per week (7:00 am‑6:00 pm Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑2:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, other hours as needed).
Role Summary:
Open and maintain personal banking accounts, process loan applications, and assist customers with CoreFirst products and services. Lead Personal Bankers may also support branch management with scheduling, training, and coaching of branch staff while helping to achieve branch sales goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Illustrate and sell CoreFirst Bank & Trust products and services to prospective and current customers to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Track progress toward branch sales goals and partner with the Branch Sales Manager in assigning personal and branch goals.
Provide on‑the‑spot coaching to Personal Bankers and Customer Service Associates on CoreFirst products and the sales process.
Assist existing bank customers with their financial needs through listening, asking appropriate questions, answering questions, performing account maintenance, and assisting with bank processes and procedures.
Participate in daily branch operations, including opening/closing the branch, balancing the vault, completing internal records and audit logs, administering safe deposit boxes, performing teller duties as required, and other administrative functions.
Resolve customer escalations regarding bank sales and services.
Requirements Experience:
Two (2) years of banking experience preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Skills & Abilities
High level of skills in CoreFirst Bank & Trust competencies: Customer Focus, Compliance, Ethics, Perseverance, and Time Management.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedure and technology; proficiency with consumer deposit and loan product processes.

Physical Requirements The physical demands include regularly talking or hearing, sitting, standing, walking, and light physical effort such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Travel Primarily local during business day; some local evening and weekend travel may be expected. Overnight stays not anticipated.
Work Environment Professional office environment using standard office equipment: computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, fax machines.
